PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT POLICY

High and Low Season

A 25% deposit applies to regular high and low season dates only. A 25% deposit confirms a reservation. Balance is due 60 days before travel. No refunds for cancellations are made within 60 days prior to scheduled occupancy. For cancellations made 60 or more days prior to scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits less a 20% cancellation fee.

Christmas and New Year’s Weeks

A 50% deposit confirms a reservation. Balance is due 120 days before travel. No refunds for cancellations are made within 120 days prior to scheduled occupancy. For cancellations made more than 120 days prior to scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits less a 20% cancellation fee. 

Thanksgiving Week

A 50% deposit confirms a reservation. Balance is due 120 days before travel. No refunds for cancellations are made within 120 days prior to scheduled occupancy. For cancellations made more than 120 days prior to scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits less a 20% cancellation fee. 

Damage Deposit

A US$149 Damage Deposit Waiver Fee applies to your reservation. At Hotel Marketing Strategist (HMS), we aim our goal to ensure that you have a remarkable experience at our villas. And we understand that accidents happen. In lieu of a large security deposit, your reservation will include a $149 Accidental Damage Waiver fee. This will cover accidental damages of up to $2,500 that occur during your stay. If no damage occurs during your stay, your security deposit will be refunded and credited to your account. However, if damage does occur, we will reimburse you for any amount that does not exceed US$2,500 since you have paid the US$149 Damage Deposit Waiver Fee.

Handling Fee

For all reservations booking and handling fees may apply for each booking to cover administrative costs.

Extra Guests Fees

Wingsong can accommodate additional guests for an extra fee. The extra guest fee can range from $30-$150 per extra guest, per night. Please contact us with your request.

Responsibility

Hotel Marketing Strategist (HMS) acts only as agents for Windsong and assumes no responsibility for property loss or damage, nor liability for injury, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect in any vehicle or the acts of any company or persons engaged in conveying the passengers to or from their accommodations. If for any reason beyond its control including force majeure, or the sale of the house, Hotel Marketing Strategist (HMS) is forced to cancel the booking made by the client or his agent, best efforts will be made to offer another property of equivalent standard with which the client will be in agreement. If the price of the alternative property is less, the difference will be refunded to the client, but if the price is higher the client must pay the difference. If however, no agreement can be reached, both parties are entitled to cancel. Hotel Marketing Strategist (HMS) will refund to the client only the rental price paid; no other amounts will become due.

Please understand that by submitting any written review of your experience with us to this Website by email, postings on this Website, via email directly to Hotel Marketing Strategist (HMS), its brands and affiliates, and its employees or otherwise, including any comments, suggestions, ideas, questions, reviews of our villas, photographs or videos, or the like contained in any submissions (collectively, “Submissions”), you grant Hotel Marketing Strategist (HMS), and its brands and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and irretrievable right to (a) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, translate, publish, create imitative works from and publicly display such Submissions throughout the globe in any media, now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose; and (b) use the name that you submit in connection with such Submissions. You acknowledge that Hotel Marketing Strategist (HMS) and its brands and affiliates may attribute your comments or reviews at our discretion. You acknowledge and agree that Submissions are non-confidential and non-proprietary.

This Website may contain forums, bulletin boards, review services or other channels in which you or third parties may post reviews of their vacation experiences or other content, messages, materials or other items on this Website (“Interactive Communicating Areas”). If Hotel Marketing Strategist (HMS), and its brands and affiliates provide such Interactive Communicating Areas, you are solely responsible for your use of such Interactive Communicating Areas and use them at your own risk.
