If for any reason beyond its control including force majeure, or the sale of the house, Hotel Marketing Strategist (HMS) is forced to cancel the booking made by the client or his agent, best efforts will be made to offer another property of equivalent standard with which the client will be in agreement. If the price of the alternative property is less, the difference will be refunded to the client, but if the price is higher the client must pay the difference. If however, no agreement can be reached, both parties are entitled to cancel. Hotel Marketing Strategist (HMS) will refund to the client only the rental price paid; no other amounts will become due.
